Professor of Sustainable Accounting and Finance

We are seeking an outstanding Professor in Accounting and Finance to join our department at the University of Reading. The successful candidate will have a strong research background in sustainable accounting and finance, with a proven track record of publishing in top-tier journals.
The holder of this post will be involved in teaching and research in areas such as accounting, financial management, ESG, and financial intermediation. You will also be responsible for supervising doctoral students and contributing to the development of our research agenda.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research in sustainable accounting and finance, with a focus on publishing in top-tier journals

- Contribute to the development of our department's research strategy and goals
Requirements:
- PhD in Accounting or a related field
- Strong research background in sustainable accounting and finance
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier journals
- Excellent teaching and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students
