Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Community Rehab Occupational Therapy Lead, where you will play a key role in developing and delivering occupational therapy services in the community. You will be responsible for leading a team of occupational therapists, assessing and treating patients with a range of conditions, and ensuring seamless care delivery through collaboration with other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of occupational therapists providing community-based services
  • Develop and implement occupational therapy programs to promote independence and mobility
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective communication and care delivery
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A BSc or Diploma in Occupational Therapy and HCPC registration
  • Minimum 4 years post-graduate experience in physical rehabilitation, with a focus on community care
  • Strong knowledge of clinical governance and evidence-based practice
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
