We are seeking a motivated and driven Warehouse Picker to join our team at CastleView Group. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking and preparing orders for dispatch with precision and accuracy
  • Receiving and managing incoming stock with attention to detail
  • Quality checking all products to ensure they meet our high standards
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues to achieve team goals
  • Adhering to all health and safety protocols and regulations

Shifts and Salary:

  • Morning shift: 6am - 2pm, 5 days a week, £11.44 per hour, with overtime paid at £14.55 per hour
  • Afternoon shift: 2pm - 10pm, 5 days a week, £11.44 per hour, with overtime paid at £16.05 per hour
  • Night shift: 10pm - 6am, £12 per hour, with overtime paid at time and a half (£18 per hour)
  • All overtime is available after working 36.25 hours a week

Requirements:

  • Valid Reach FLT license for night shift candidates
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
