Job Title: Digital Scheduler

Join Randstad Enterprise, a leading provider of recruitment services, in their search for a skilled Digital Scheduler to support a reputable company in the Renewable Energy industry.

This 12-month rolling contract is based in Lincoln, with a hybrid work arrangement that balances office and remote work. As a Digital Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in the accurate daily logistics management of a cell output of repaired parts and maintenance of relevant data on ERP and APS systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely updates on materials and logistics to internal stakeholders
  • Utilize complex logistics control to coordinate multiple parts across processes, both internally and externally
  • Monitor and manage daily logistics of each production cell, ensuring output meets digital schedule requirements
  • Follow up on daily management of production orders on the SAP system to improve accuracy and data management
  • Monthly performance monitoring of yield cost vs. target for a basket of engine parts
  • Communicate and liaise with shop floor personnel at all levels
  • Negotiate and gain acceptance for work requirements and priorities
  • Attend and chair internal meetings to facilitate progress
  • Maintain data accuracy within relevant digital applications and identify reasons for deviation
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in scheduling, expediting, stock control, logistics, or materials management
  • Knowledge of material scheduling, expediting, and production control
  • Experience with digital systems, particularly SAP production order systems
  • Understanding of stock booking principles
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
