Job Description

We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our team, working on digital transformation programmes where user-centred design is a priority. As a Business Analyst, you'll collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. You'll apply a structured approach to problem definition, measure the current situation, analyse issues, and define improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Apply a structured approach to problem definition, measure the current situation, analyse issues, and define improvement initiatives
  • Provide documentation support for requirements gathering, process analysis, gap analysis, and service re-design
  • Act as a partner between the business and technology teams to identify links between requirements and the overall programme plan
  • Project management skills to coordinate allocated projects, produce project timelines, milestones, and schedules
Requirements
  • Extensive experience working in digital transformation programmes where user-centred design is a priority
  • Experience overseeing and coordinating all facets of project management, ensuring effective planning, execution, and completion
  • Experience working in a multidisciplinary team, using agile principles and promoting these ways of working to others
  • Intellectually agile and creative, with strong professional, trusting relationships with business colleagues, senior stakeholders, and IT
