Job Overview:

We are seeking an ambitious and driven Private Client Solicitor to join our team at ENL Legal in Beaconsfield. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified lawyer to build a career with a forward-thinking regional law firm.

About the Role:

This role involves managing a varied caseload of wills, trusts, tax planning, Enduring Powers and Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, and Probate law. The ideal candidate will have up to 3 Years PQE and a real desire to succeed within a progressive practice.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a diverse range of clients, including those requiring support with wills, trusts, and tax planning.
  2. Provide expert guidance on Enduring Powers and Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters.
  3. Work closely with clients to ensure their Probate needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Ambitious and driven Private Client Solicitor with up to 3 Years PQE.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
