**Town Planner Position in Beaconsfield**

Penguin Recruitment is delighted to support an independent Planning Consultancy seeking a highly skilled Town Planner to join their Beaconsfield office. As a key member of the team, you will provide high-quality consultancy services to clients, focusing on planning advice for retail, residential, leisure, and urban regeneration projects.

Responsibilities include preparing and submitting planning applications, conducting research, and designing planning policies. You will work closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Town Planning or related field
  • Experience in planning consultancy or local government
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Benefits Package:

  • Attractive salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum
