We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Educational Childcare Professional to join our team in Beaconsfield and Beaconsfield Upper. This casual position offers varying hours across different services, providing flexibility for those seeking a balanced lifestyle.

About the Role

As an Educational Childcare Professional, you will be part of a supportive team environment, working closely with a Coordinator to deliver high-quality before and after-school care for children aged 5-12 years. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating child-centered programs that cater to diverse interests, such as STEM, sports, cooking, art, and craft.
  • Fostering healthy relationships with children, schools, communities, and parents.
  • Working collaboratively with skilled Educators onsite to achieve program goals.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A relevant qualification or be studying towards one to work with children in OSHC, as per ACECQA guidelines.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with children, families, and colleagues.
  • A team-oriented mindset and willingness to contribute to service leadership.
  • A national police check and state check for working with children (we will assist with obtaining these).
  • Australian work rights.
