GP Training Programme Director Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced GP Training Programme Director to join our team in Exeter. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and facilitating the provision of education for General Practice trainees in the Exeter GP training programme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the delivery of the half-day release course for GPs in training
  • Work with local TPDs and administrators to facilitate the provision of education for General Practice trainees
  • Develop and implement projects and workstreams to support doctors in training and practice-based educators
  • Provide induction, one-to-one support, small group work, and be an escalation point for both educators and DiTs
