Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team in St Albans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, preferably within an HR context, and will be responsible for managing electronic records, supporting HR projects, and coordinating inductions.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle all recruitment and training administration
  • Support the HR team in day-to-day activities
  • Respond to HR-related queries and coordinate inductions

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 months of administrative experience and will be proficient in MS Office and Outlook. A CIPD Level 3 qualification is preferred but not essential.

Working Conditions:
  • Full-time or part-time position available (minimum 30 hours/week)
  • Flexible working hours from 8 am to 6 pm, with core hours between 10 am and 4:30 pm
  • Competitive salary package (£25,000 - £28,000 per year) + benefits
