About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior R&D Technologist to lead our global customer account team and drive product innovation and development. As a key member of our R&D team, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional workstreams and maintaining a portfolio of products that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Development and Innovation: Lead the development of new products and product lines that meet the needs of our customers and align with our business strategy.
  • Customer Solutions: Work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • NPD Lead: Lead the new product development process, ensuring that products are developed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • HACCP and HARA: Ensure that all products meet the required safety and quality standards, and that all necessary documentation is in place.
  • Travel: Travel within EMEA and occasionally outside EMEA to support customer requirements.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure that all parties are informed and aligned.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate or equivalent in Food Technology, Food Science, or related subject.
  • Experience: Relevant experience in product development and innovation, with a strong understanding of the food industry and customer needs.
  • Skills: Strong technical skills, with the ability to think laterally and solve complex problems. Proven ability to work in a cross-functional team and drive business results.
  • Language: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
