Salary: £23k - £26k
The Role
- Provide administrative support to the Industrial and Environmental services departments.
- Assist and respond to requests from the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) / Operations Coordinator.
- Undertake administrative, operational, and clerical tasks to ensure departmental compliance.
- Enter certification data into the reporting system accurately.
- Act as a receptionist, providing excellent customer service to external and internal clients.
- Serve as the primary administrative point of contact for clients.
- Assist with the scheduling of technicians' work.
- Support the invoicing process.
- Interact with suppliers and clients to procure spares and equipment as required.
- Assist with the procurement of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and consumables.
- Support the Senior Engineer in ensuring timely receipt of client documentation.
- Provide backup support to the QHSE/Operations Coordinator during absences.
Essential Qualifications:
- GCSE English and Maths or equivalent.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Recognized qualification in administrative skills.
- IOSH Managing Safely certification.
