Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at the Titanic Hotel Belfast, working in the iconic Wolff Grill for dinner service.

The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and be committed to upholding the highest standards of service within the Food & Beverage Department.

Responsibilities
  • Service Standards: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt and efficient service of food and beverages, adhering to hotel standards.
  • Hospitality: Provide warm and welcoming interactions with guests, embodying the spirit of the Titanic and its legacy.
  • Systems Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of systems and procedures to accurately post guest bills and manage inventory effectively.
  • Upselling Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance the guest experience through upselling and recommending menu items.
  • Outlet Preparation: Ensure the outlet is prepared to standard service levels, organizing daily tasks and preparation for current and future periods.
  • Cleaning Procedures: Adhere to rigorous cleaning procedures to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Teamwork: Foster strong relationships with colleagues across departments, promoting a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Maintenance and Reporting: Report maintenance faults to the relevant department and follow through on rectification, minimizing downtime and ensuring continuity of service.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous hospitality experience, preferably in a similar role or within the industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences.
  • Education: Right to work in the UK, with a valid passport and required documentation.
