Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Peer Support Worker to join our team in Ealing, London. This role involves providing formalized peer support and practical assistance to help individuals engage with their local communities and benefit from available supports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team covering a Primary Care Network or locality, collaborating across networks to establish a comprehensive support structure.
  • Provide formalized peer support and practical assistance to help individuals engage with their local communities and benefit from available supports.
  • Maintain effective communication with colleagues and stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination of support services.
Requirements
  • Completion of peer support work competencies as defined by ImROC.
  • Personal lived experience of mental health distress.
  • Personal experience of accessing primary or secondary mental health services.
  • Evidence of further related training.
