Mental Health Nursing Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified mental health nurse to join Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, working as a Community Mental Health Practitioner. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to older adults who require complex mental health interventions.

Job Overview

You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to assess and diagnose patients' mental health needs, develop and implement personalized care plans, and deliver high-quality care and support. Your role will also involve supervising junior staff, providing education and training to enhance their knowledge and skills, and participating in Duty Rota to manage new referrals.

We offer a highly competitive salary of £39,205 - £47,084 per annum (inclusive), reflecting the level of expertise and experience required for this role. In addition, we provide a supportive and collaborative working environment, enabling you to thrive and grow in your career as a mental health nurse specialist.
