VANRATH is delighted to be recruiting for a Temporary Receptionist in Newry. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a professional environment and act as the first point of contact to visitors.
Salary: £12/hour
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming reception experience.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate departments as necessary.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, maintaining an organised calendar.
- Handle basic administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Maintain the reception area to a high standard of cleanliness and organisation.
- Assist with ad hoc duties to support the wider office team as required.
Essential Criteria
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
