A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced sales professional to join a leading financial services company in the UK. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in generating appointments for the field team and developing relationships with business contacts.
Key Responsibilities:- Working in a small team within a large organisation, you will be responsible for outbound B2B telesales to generate appointments for the field team.
- You will make around 100 outbound calls per day, developing relationships with business contacts and converting inbound sales leads.
- Liaising with the field sales team, you will also be responsible for checking through contact data and conducting follow up emails and associated admin.
- Previous outbound B2B sales experience is essential, with a proven track record of high volume outbound calling.
- You will have a strong understanding of business development principles and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Uncapped commission and the opportunity to earn a competitive basic salary.

This is a full-time permanent opportunity, working 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will be required to complete a DBS check, credit check and 5 years employment references.
