Job Title: Site Engineering Manager

Tradebe is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Engineering Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our plant and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement maintenance and engineering strategies to minimize downtime and maximize plant availability.
  • Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians to ensure the safe and efficient operation of plant and equipment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance and engineering activities.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant and equipment performance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a chemical plant or similar environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to complex problems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on safety and quality.
