Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Retail Inventory Manager to join our team in London. As a key member of our client's retail operations team, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels to ensure product availability and minimizing stock-outs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. INVENTORY LEVEL MANAGEMENT: Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and minimize stock-outs, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  2. SUPPLY CHAIN OPTIMIZATION: Analyze supply chain operations to identify areas for improvement, ensuring efficient and cost-effective delivery of products to customers.
  3. BUYING TEAM SUPPORT: Work closely with buying teams to ensure product assortments align with customer demand, driving sales and revenue.
  4. TEAM MANAGEMENT: Manage and mentor a team of inventory management assistants, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in inventory management, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and developing team members.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits and opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
