Retail Inventory Planner

We are seeking a Retail Inventory Planner to join our team at ESTELLA BARTLETT. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our stock levels are optimized to meet customer demand.
This role requires a strong analytical mind, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies. The successful candidate will have experience working with inventory management systems, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting regular performance reviews across all channels to identify opportunities for growth
- Tracking KPIs such as sell-through rates, margin, and stock turns to guide decision-making
- Collaborating with the Buying and Design teams to forecast demand and plan seasonal product assortments
