Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for tailoring personalized handover experiences for customers, ensuring they receive comprehensive introductions to their vehicle's specifications. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and deliver accurate information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and customized experience for every customer.
  • Tailor personalized handover experiences, providing comprehensive introductions to vehicle specifications.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with customers, leading up to vehicle delivery.
  • Embodiment of the Lexus values, including Customer First, Kaizen, Teamwork and Collaboration, and Quality and Reliability.

About You

  • Good level of general education, with at least GCSE English and Maths.
  • IT skills, including MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Previous work experience within a corporate environment, hospitality, and/or customer service experience.
  • A full clean UK driving license.
