Vehicle Sales and Logistics Coordinator

We're recruiting a Sales Administrator to join our client's main dealership in Preston. As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for managing stock records, processing vehicle invoices, and ensuring accurate vehicle delivery documentation. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience in the motor trade.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage stock records, ensuring accuracy and up-to-dateness;
* Process vehicle invoices and ensure timely completion of vehicle delivery documentation;
* Liaise with manufacturers regarding stock and financial data;
* Provide management information and support to the sales team;
Requirements and Qualifications
- Previous experience in the motor trade as a Sales Administrator;
- Strong administration skills, including data entry and record-keeping;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
