The salary range for this position is £45,441 - £47,420 per annum, which is competitive and reflective of the role's responsibilities.



Job Description


We are seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join our central team at Essa Academy. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Your expertise in finance systems, internal and external audits, and staff supervision will be invaluable in ensuring the smooth running of our financial processes.



Required Skills and Qualifications


To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of AAT qualification and relevant experience working in a financial environment, preferably in the academies sector. You should also possess excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel, and be able to work confidently with data analysis.
