About the Role:
  • Lead the design and delivery of structural engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Manage and mentor a team of structural engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver high-quality projects.

About You:
  • You have a strong background in structural engineering, with a Chartered status or working towards it.
  • You have experience in leading and managing teams, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • You have a good understanding of Tekla, Tedds, Quikframe, Revit, and AutoCAD, and are able to design and deliver structural engineering projects using these tools.
  • You are able to communicate effectively with clients, architects, and other stakeholders, and are able to build strong relationships to ensure successful project delivery.
