About the Job:

As an External Quality Assurer (EQA), you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our services. You will be responsible for evaluating and improving processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to address these areas.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and improve processes to ensure they meet regulatory standards
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these areas
  • Document and report on quality assurance and practical moderation activities
Requirements:
  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare, education)
  • Proven experience in quality assurance or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
