About the Role

We are seeking a commercially aware and part-time Shop Manager to join our retail team in Cromer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the shop, including supervising a small team of staff and volunteers, and making the most of donated items.

Requirements
  • Experience in retail
  • Ability to supervise a small team
