About the Role

We are seeking a commercially aware and part-time Shop Manager to join our retail team in Cromer. As a Shop Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the shop, including supervising a small team of staff and volunteers, and making the most of donated items.

About Big C

Big C is a local cancer charity dedicated to supporting anyone affected by cancer in Norfolk and neighbouring counties. We work with key partners in research and healthcare to improve future outcomes. Our charity shops across the region generate vital funds to support our work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a small team of staff and volunteers
  • Manage the day-to-day running of the shop
  • Make the most of donated items
  • Work flexibly over 4 days, including weekends
