Job Title: Shop Manager

We are seeking a commercially aware and part-time Shop Manager to join our retail team in Cromer. As a Shop Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the shop, including supervising a small team of staff and volunteers, and making the most of donated items.

About the Role

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in retail, who is able to supervise a small team and make a difference in the local community. You will work flexibly over 4 days, including weekends, and be responsible for managing the shop's operations, including stock management, customer service, and sales.
