CompensationWe offer a highly competitive salary, estimated at $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionMain Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Develop and motivate a district team to achieve high productivity through effective training, regular meetings, daily check-ins, fostering a positive work environment, route rides, and building strong relationships with each Route Sales Representative (RSR).
- Policy Enforcement: Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed in the district, including safety and Service Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- District Success: Lead the district to success by communicating changes and policies, overseeing route organization, projecting a professional image, and requiring the same from the district team, as well as cooperatively working with other departments within the branch.
- Adherence to Instructions: Follow written and verbal instructions and perform other tasks as directed by supervision.
- Valid Driver's License: Possess and maintain a valid driver's license, keep a driving record free of chargeable accidents, speeding, safety, or other violations, and be at least 21 years old.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, comprehend and follow direction, possess good time management skills, and be an effective team player.
- High School Graduation: Have a high school graduation or equivalent experience.
- Travel: Frequently travel within the branch area.
Frequently work in various environments, including operating vehicles on public roads, working in and out of customer locations, loading areas of a typical industrial laundry facility, Service Center, or depot. Indoor and outdoor areas of a typical industrial facility may also be involved. The job requires physical demands such as sitting, grasping, driving, stooping, moving equipment, kneeling, reaching overhead, lifting up to 75 pounds, standing, walking, writing, speaking, and hearing.
