The role of Senior Care Manager is multifaceted, encompassing key elements such as:
- Planning and Organising: Ensuring the smooth operation of our care services, including monitoring and reporting, implementing policies and procedures, and duty of care and social responsibility.
- People Management: Leading and managing a team of care professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Business Management and Quality Systems: Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of quality systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and locally determined performance targets.
- Networks: Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including local authorities, healthcare providers, and community groups.
- Workforce Planning: Developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and develop a skilled and dedicated workforce.
