Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our team in Westhill. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and dignity of our clients, supporting them to live independently in their shared home.

Responsibilities: Your duties will include providing personal care, household tasks, mobility support, and social support to our clients. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual. A UK driving license is preferred for this role.

Requirements: To succeed in this position, you must be a caring and motivated individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality care. You should have excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with our clients and colleagues, and be flexible in your approach to work. A female colleague is required for this role due to the specific needs of our clients.
