Main Responsibilities
- Maximize every member and guest's experience in our club by providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Contribute to the sales and retention of memberships through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the club are consistently met.
- Act as a competent key holder, covering shifts as required and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Develop a good understanding of our membership software system to effectively manage member interactions.
- Stay up-to-date with current fitness challenges, class descriptions, and gym floor focus, and actively participate in these initiatives.
- Support the Fitness Manager in maintaining a high-quality gym floor experience.
- Ensure a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide informed recommendations to members.
- Take an active role in maintaining the cleanliness of the facilities, ensuring they meet the highest standards.
- Drive secondary spend KPI targets to contribute to the club's success.
- Effectively handle member complaints, escalating issues to relevant managers as necessary.
Requirements
- Be an outgoing and positive individual with a strong desire to learn and develop.
- Be competent in all administrative duties, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Be driven and ambitious, with a keen desire to learn and develop both behaviors and competencies specific to the role.
- Be willing to participate in learning and development opportunities to progress both competencies and career.
- Be able to drop into operational key holder duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Be passionate about fitness, administration, and customer service, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results.
