We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Administrator to join our team at Just Mortgages. As a Mortgage Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of mortgage applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain relationships with mortgage advisers, lenders, and clients through regular communication.
  • Administer mortgage and protection applications from sign-up to completion, ensuring all necessary documents are supplied to lenders and insurers.
  • Assist mortgage and protection advisors in supplying data to lenders and insurers, working proactively to ensure policy terms are produced as soon as possible.
  • Use in-house systems to add notes to cases, input data, and update application statuses to maximize efficiency for clients.
  • Provide regular updates and feedback to clients throughout the buying process, addressing non-advice based questions to ensure a high-quality service.
Requirements
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK.
  • Evidence of right to work in the UK, including passport, birth certificate, proof of address, and National Insurance number.
