About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mortgage Administrator to join our team at Spicerhaart. As a Mortgage Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of mortgage applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain relationships with mortgage advisers, lenders, and clients through regular communication and updates.
- Ensure clients have a seamless experience with the Spicerhaart mortgage process.
- Administer mortgage and protection applications from sign-up to completion, providing outstanding documents to lenders and insurers as required.
- Assist mortgage and protection advisors with supplying integral data to lenders and insurers.
- Work collaboratively with all parties involved to ensure policy terms are produced efficiently.
- Utilize in-house systems to add relevant notes to cases, input data, and update application statuses for maximum efficiency.
- Provide clients with regular updates and feedback throughout the buying process, addressing non-advice based questions to ensure peace of mind and a high-quality service.
Requirements
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK.
- Evidence of right to work in the UK, including passport, birth certificate, proof of address, and national insurance number.
