Mortgage Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Administrator to join our team at Just Mortgages. As a Mortgage Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for our clients throughout the mortgage process.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain relationships with mortgage advisers, lenders, and clients through regular contact.
- Ensure clients have a seamless experience with the Just Mortgages process.
- Administer mortgage and protection applications from sign-up to completion, supplying outstanding documents to lenders and insurers.
- Assist mortgage and protection advisors with integral data to lenders and insurers.
- Work proactively with all parties involved to ensure policy terms are produced efficiently.
- Use specialist in-house systems to add relevant notes, input data, and change application status for maximum efficiency.
- Provide clients with regular updates and feedback throughout the buying process, helping with non-advice based questions for peace of mind.
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK.
- Passport/Birth Certificate.
