Mortgage Administrator

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Administrator to join our team at Just Mortgages. As a Mortgage Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for our clients throughout the mortgage process.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain relationships with mortgage advisers, lenders, and clients through regular contact
- Ensure clients have a seamless experience with the Just Mortgages process
- Administer mortgage and protection applications from sign-up to completion
- Assist mortgage and protection advisors with data input and case management
- Work proactively with all parties to ensure policy terms are produced efficiently
- Use in-house systems to add notes, input data, and update application status
- Provide clients with regular updates and feedback throughout the buying process
Requirements
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK
- Passport or Birth Certificate
