Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Lead to oversee our construction projects in Ipswich, United Kingdom.

About the Role
  1. Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure safe and efficient work practices.
  2. Oversee subcontractors and site staff to meet project deadlines.
  3. Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
  4. Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
  5. E nsure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
  6. Address issues promptly and implement solutions quickly.
  7. Conduct site inspections to verify work quality and adherence to project specifications.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience as a Construction Project Lead or similar role in the construction industry.
  2. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and best practices.
  3. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  4. Able to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  5. Relevant qualifications in construction management or related fields.
  6. CSCS card and SMSTS certificate preferred.
