£40,000 - £60,000 per annum depending on experience.



Job Description:


The successful candidate will have solid experience of injection moulding setting, a great work ethic with great integrity, an open mind, someone who will promote ideas and really want to contribute, knowledge of materials processing and processing temperatures. They will safely load and unload injection mould tools, ensuring all work is conducted in line with established procedures. The role involves set up production tooling and ancillary equipment according to master settings, troubleshooting process issues to address and resolve in-process problems affecting quality and cost, liaising with Quality inspectors and operators to ensure smooth handovers, maintaining records to confirm production is in control and operating within agreed parameters, assisting with process improvements to achieve better cost, quality, and performance, and planning ahead for upcoming production jobs to ensure efficiency.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Safely load and unload injection mould tools.
