Main Responsibilities:
As a Surface Mount Technician at Adecco, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining SMT Pick & Place machines, ensuring adherence to strict health and safety guidelines. You will also use screen-printing machines for efficient operations, programme and set up P&P machines for optimal performance, and programme and maintain reflow ovens.
Key Skills:
- Ability to operate Pick & Place machines
- Off-line programming experience with P&P machines (Juki etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Excellent component recognition and knowledge
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment
About the Role:
This is a temporary-to-permanent role with negotiable salary, offering an exciting opportunity for the right candidate. The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 16:00. Our client values its employees and provides a collaborative and supportive work environment.
