Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Investment Manager to join our client's dynamic team in London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate investment, private equity, or a related field, with a proven track record of analyzing and interpreting data to identify high-potential investment opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and Interpret Data: Utilize proprietary technology to analyze and interpret data on potential real estate properties, identifying high-potential investment opportunities.
  • Conduct Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence on potential acquisitions, including financial modeling, market research, and risk assessment.
  • Execute Transactions: Assist in the execution of transactions, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient deal flow.
  • Monitor and Manage Portfolio: Monitor and manage the performance of the investment portfolio, ensuring optimal returns and minimizing risk.
  • Collaborate with Technology Team: Collaborate with the technology team to refine and improve investment models, providing domain expertise and insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Build Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers, lenders, and other industry partners.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 4-6 years of experience in real estate investment, private equity, or a related field (buy side).
  • Familiarity: Familiarity with real estate valuation methodologies and investment metrics.
  • Skills: Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Passion: Passion for real estate and technology, with a desire to be at the forefront of innovation in the industry.
