About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Locality Manager to lead and develop our services in Hartlepool. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support services to our service users.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in healthcare or social care, with experience of working with individuals with varying needs and complex requirements. You will also have excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • To lead and manage a team of staff providing supported living and domiciliary care services to individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
  • To ensure that all services are delivered to a high standard, meeting the needs and expectations of our service users and their families.
  • To work closely with other members of the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve services and meet business objectives.
  • To maintain good relationships with external stakeholders, including CQC and local authorities.

Requirements

  • A relevant qualification in healthcare or social care (e.g. S/NVQ Level 5).
  • At least 2 years' experience of working in a similar role, preferably in a supported living or domiciliary care setting.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, service users, and external stakeholders.
  • Able to work flexibly and prioritize tasks effectively.
