LNT Group, a leading Care Home developer, is seeking a skilled Pre-Construction Technical Coordinator to support our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Technical Manager and Development Director to support the Pre-Construction function.
  • Manage technical project documentation and perform administrative tasks.
  • Assist in producing technical reports and contract drawings, requiring proficiency in CAD.
  • Review, interpret, and summarize drawings, specifications, site investigations, topographical surveys, ecological documents, and other assessment reports.
  • Identify financial, design, production, and contractual risks/opportunities.
  • Negotiate with statutory bodies on environmental, drainage, highways, and other engineering issues.
  • Work with the pre-construction team to support project planning, ensuring timelines and key milestones are achieved.
  • Collaborate with internal colleagues and external professionals to support project success.
  • Participate in quality control processes, reviewing project deliverables for accuracy and completeness.
  • Attend internal launch and handover meetings with the Planning and Construction departments.
  • Implement new ideas and methods to improve contribution to the organization's goals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Use initiative to gain information on projects or widen knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in pre-construction and development, preferably in the Residential sector.
  • Experience in coordinating various projects and dealing with volume.
  • Ability to prioritize, negotiate, motivate, and communicate.
  • Good time management, organization, attention to detail, and participation in meetings.
  • Awareness and basic understanding of planning, financial, and legal processes.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
