Job Description:

A highly rewarding opportunity has arisen for a talented Car Sales Executive to join our client's sales team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing prospects, working closely with individual customers to understand their needs, and guiding them towards the most suitable Audi product.

The Role:
  • Demonstrating the most suitable options to customers, understanding and adapting to their buying strategy, and encouraging them to experience the product through test drives.
  • Agreeing prices and payment methods with customers directly, working within company guidelines.
  • Positively participating in training and development opportunities to assist the company in achieving its aims and objectives.
  • Liaising with Sales Administration to ensure product availability meets customer expectations, placing orders, updating customer records, and scheduling any complementary services or additional work to be completed on the vehicle before delivery.
  • Ensuring each delivery is followed up with a personal call to check the customer's satisfaction and maintaining contact with customers to build relationships and future business.
  • Planning and organizing daily selling activities, such as telephoning sales prospects to obtain new business.
Requirements:
  • Able to plan, organize self, and meet agreed work deadlines.
  • Able to assimilate information quickly and provide considered responses.
  • Strong work ethic and adaptability to change.
  • Attention to detail and maintains good, accurate quality of work.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines to achieve business needs.
  • Able to react positively to organizational and market changes.
  • PC, Microsoft, and web literate.
Salary:

£30,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
