Support Worker for Children with Behavioral Problems

At SMarter Recruitment, we are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in providing care and support to children with behavioral problems, learning difficulties, and trauma in a brand new Children's Home in Tunstall.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a stable and supportive environment where children can grow and flourish.
We require candidates with essential experience in working with children with complex needs.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive pay rate of £12.55 per hour, with sleep-ins paid at £55.
Please note that this is a permanent position, and no sponsorships are offered.
Salary Range: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (based on 40 hours/week)
