Job Summary

This Clinical Nurse Specialist - Adults role is perfect for an experienced nurse looking to take on a new challenge. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver responsive, evidence-based, recovery-focused care to service users.

You will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills, working with a team of dedicated professionals who share your passion for quality improvement and patient care. Our trust operates 24-hour cover, so you must be willing to work shifts, including nights, but we offer a range of shifts and consider flexible and part-time working requests.

CWP provides health and care services for local people, including mental health, learning disability, community physical health, and all-age disability care. Our aim is to help people to be the best they can be, adopting a compassionate, person-centred approach to everything we do.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement individualised care plans for service users.
  2. Collaborate with other professionals to ensure effective care delivery.
  3. Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve care outcomes.

Estimated salary: £40,000-£55,000 per annum (dependent on experience). Benefits include a relocation package of up to £8,000 and opportunities for further education and training.
