Job Description: Field Service Engineer - X-Ray Expert

Location: Bristol or Exeter areas, United Kingdom

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum

This is a field-based position that requires a strong technical background in X-Ray technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the technical needs of our customers and customer service partners.

About the Job:

  1. You will be responsible for operating at an advanced technical level to provide expert advice and solutions to our customers and colleagues.
  2. You will provide field-based and remote technical support to customers and colleagues in line with relevant training and experience.
  3. You will carry out corrective, preventative, installation, and field change order activities on complex healthcare systems.
  4. You will diagnose mechanical, hardware, and software system failures using established procedures and information.

Requirements:

  • HNC (NVQ Level 3 or higher) or Degree in Electro-engineering or equivalent highly desirable.
  • Deliver high levels of customer service.
  • Competent in IT/Network diagnosis/system connectivity/Remote service desirable.
