Job Title: Part Time Sales Representative

Location: London

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part Time Sales Representative to join our team at RCUK Offers Great Deals. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building customer relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Establish customer requirements and provide personalized solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on products and services offered and provide expert advice to customers.
  • Maintain a presentable retail work environment and ensure stock is properly stored.
  • Provide excellent customer service and go above and beyond to meet customer needs.
Requirements:
  • Proven working experience as a sales associate.
  • Interest in technology and telecommunications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service driven and able to multitask.
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent IT skills, specifically Microsoft, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
