Our Culture

We are seeking a creative and inspiring individual to join our team in London as a Part-Time Sales Advisor. As a strong brand ambassador, you will share our values and bring life to our products. We are looking for someone who is a true representative of our brand, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude, and a passion for fashion and/or arts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Assist clients by providing excellent customer service at the store, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed store daily, monthly, and yearly sales targets.
  • Product Knowledge: Communicate the value of our products to customers and represent FARM Rio effectively.
  • Brand Partnerships: Share FARM Rio knowledge and brand partnerships with clients at the store.
  • Store Visuals: Maintain the visual appeal of the store, ensuring it is always well-presented and attractive.
  • Styling Sessions: Deliver outstanding styling sessions to clients, establishing a strong connection with the community.
  • Sales: Secure sales and drive revenue growth.
