Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist clients in finding the perfect products
  • Achieve daily, monthly, and yearly sales targets
  • Communicate the value of our products and represent FARM Rio as a brand ambassador
  • Share knowledge of FARM Rio's products and brand partnerships with clients
  • Maintain store visuals and create an engaging shopping experience
  • Deliver outstanding styling sessions and establish loyalty within the community
  • Secure sales and drive business growth

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with clients
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for fashion and/or arts
  • Perfect communication in English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
