Lunchtime Support Worker for Pupils

Booker Park School in Buckinghamshire is seeking a Lunchtime Support Worker to join our team.

As a Lunchtime Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting pupils with special educational needs during lunchtimes. Your responsibilities will include assisting pupils with self-care, feeding, and personal hygiene, as well as interacting with pupils on the playground to promote good behavior and social skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist pupils with self-care, including feeding and personal hygiene
  • Support pupils on the school playground, promoting good behavior and social skills
  • Collaborate with the Catering team and classroom staff as needed

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a caring and patient individual who can work effectively with children with special educational needs. You will require excellent communication skills and the ability to provide high-quality administrative support when needed.
